How to Arrive
Public transport offers a quick and very efficient journey for international travelers who have just landed at Düsseldorf Airport (DUS) to the hotel. Just board the S-Bahn train (line S11) at the airport railway station Düsseldorf Flughafen Terminal to Düsseldorf-Benrath, then walk a little distance. The S-Bahn mixed with U-Bahn (metro) also works quite fine. For example, take an S-Bahn to Wehrhahn station and then hop on a U-Bahn for just two stops up to Heinrich-Heine-Allee, which is very close-metro-station that can be reached within five minutes walking from the hotel.
At the airport, cabs are always present for a straight ride that would take about 15-20 minutes depending on traffic. Another easy option is using ride-hailing firms like Uber. The whole price for a cab or Uber is fair and gives a worry-free, door-to-door service which is an apt pick if you have bags since the hotel lies in a walking area.
If coming in by train at Duesseldorf Hauptbahnhof, then it is very easy to get to the hotel. Just take any U-Bahn line going toward Altstadt and get off at Heinrich-Heine-Allee. From there, it's only five minutes on foot through some pretty streets of Old Town to the hotel sitting right on Marktplatz. A place like this strongly speaks against having a car because not only is Altstadt all for people walking but also public parking garages are costly and quite inconvenient.
